Headache Shower Steamers

Headache- Peppermint, Lavender, & Rosemary + Menthol

Directions: Unwrap & place the shower steamer on the tray or shower floor.  Keep it out of direct stream of water & allow the water to splash on the steamer.  Once it starts to fizz, it will release essential oils.  Breathe in and relax.
